Creator Ops Kit Privacy
Effective date: June 30, 2026. This draft explains how Creator Ops Kit handles account, business, billing, import, integration, and usage data.
1. Data We Collect
We collect account information such as name, email address, Paperwork ID user identifiers, tenant slug, workspace name, and authentication session data. We collect billing information through Stripe, including customer, subscription, plan, payment status, and invoice event identifiers.
We collect business data you add to Creator Ops Kit, including CSV uploads for leads, bookings, recommendations, follow-ups, and content items; notes and operational status fields; tenant settings; and webhook payloads from connected providers when you enable an integration. We also collect usage data such as pages viewed, feature events, device and browser metadata, timestamps, logs, and diagnostic information.
2. Why We Collect Data
We use data to create and secure your account, operate tenant workspaces, process CSV imports, show dashboards and lists, maintain subscription status, send service messages, provide support, prevent abuse, debug issues, comply with law, and improve Creator Ops Kit.
We do not sell your creator business data or customer lists. We do not use one tenant's private data to power another tenant's workspace.
3. Subprocessors
Creator Ops Kit uses subprocessors and service providers to deliver the service. Providers include Render for hosting and Postgres database infrastructure, Stripe for checkout and billing, Paperwork ID and Better-Auth infrastructure for authentication, and analytics and monitoring providers used by Paperwork Labs.
If you connect optional integrations, we may process data with the connected provider. Calendly may send booking webhook payloads if that integration is enabled, and Stripe processes checkout, billing, subscription, invoice, and payment status data. Future integrations may involve additional processors that are described when those integrations become available.
4. Data Location
Creator Ops Kit stores production application data in United States hosted infrastructure, including Render-managed Postgres. Support, billing, authentication, and analytics providers may process limited operational data in the United States or other regions according to their own infrastructure and contractual controls.
5. Your Privacy Rights

Browser controls may let you limit cookies, but disabling necessary cookies can prevent sign-in or checkout from working.
