Creator Ops Kit Terms
Effective date: June 30, 2026. This is a SaaS subscription agreement draft for Creator Ops Kit and must be approved before launch.
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Creator Ops Kit, a Paperwork Labs LLC product. By creating an account, starting a trial, clicking to accept, or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Creator Ops Kit. If you are using Creator Ops Kit for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
2. Service Description
Creator Ops Kit provides back-office software for creator-led businesses, including tenant workspaces, CSV import, dashboards, lead and booking views, recommendations, follow-up tracking, content planning, and related workflow tooling.
Creator Ops Kit is operational software. Creator Ops Kit does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice, does not prepare filings, does not manage creator payouts, and does not provide regulated advisory services.
3. Subscriptions, Trials, And Cancellation
Creator Ops Kit is sold as a subscription at the current published price shown on the pricing page or at checkout. Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe Checkout.
Trials run for 14 days unless the checkout page states otherwise. After a trial, your subscription renews automatically for the interval you selected until you cancel. You can cancel before renewal to avoid future charges. If your payment fails or your subscription is canceled, we may limit access to paid features while preserving reasonable access for export and account administration.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse Creator Ops Kit, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass tenant isolation, probe non-public systems, upload unlawful data, or use the service to harass, spam, defraud, or harm others.
You may not run automated scraping, abusive load tests, credential stuffing, resale, sublicensing, or integration abuse without our written permission. You are responsible for the data you import and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to process it in Creator Ops Kit.
5. Ownership
You retain ownership of the business data, contacts, uploads, notes, and content you place in Creator Ops Kit. You grant Paperwork Labs a limited license to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that data solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
Paperwork Labs owns Creator Ops Kit, including the software, design, workflow patterns, product names, trademarks, infrastructure, documentation, and platform intellectual property. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights in the platform.
6. Data Handling
We handle account, business, billing, usage, import, and integration data as described in the Creator Ops Kit Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, our subprocessors, and how to make privacy requests.
You are responsible for reviewing CSV uploads before import and for removing information that does not belong in the service. We do not sell your customer lists or creator business data.
7. Termination And Export
You may stop using Creator Ops Kit or cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create security risk, fail to pay amounts due, or use the service in a way that could harm Creator Ops Kit, Paperwork Labs, other customers, or third parties.
After cancellation or termination, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to export your data unless prohibited by law, security risk, or abuse. We may delete inactive or closed workspaces after providing notice where required.
8. Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability
Creator Ops Kit is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business workflow. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, imported data, and operational decisions made using the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paperwork Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Creator Ops Kit will not exceed the amounts you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes will be in the state or federal courts located in California unless applicable law requires another forum.
10. Contact
